I think that using social media as a way to make be able to communicate during an emergency i think that it could work but it could also take a long time because there won't always be a person looking out for someone to respond to your emergency. Its a good idea and it could work but it won't always work. Phone is always gonna be better because you can talk to someone about the emergency you are having.
